Our automatic line has made duct production faster
Our automatic self-flanged duct line does the work of separate duct, seaming and flange machines on its own. Sheet goes in from the coil and comes out as a finished duct, with no manual handling or waiting in between, so we can deliver your orders sooner.

Our İkitelli and Sancaktepe plants run CNC cutting tables and original SENTE spiral duct machines. Every duct is checked for dimensions and air-tightness before it leaves for site.

Our machinery
We produce rectangular, spiral, oval and DKP ducts on automated lines. Every step, from cutting to fitting gaskets, is done on our own machines.
Automatic Self-Flanged Duct Line
This line produces self-flanged rectangular ducts. Production runs automatically under PLC control, and because each station can also be operated separately from the control panel, standard slide-on flanged ducts can be made too. The line does the work of separate duct, seam and flange machines on its own, saving time and labour, enabling series production and minimising operator errors.
